Patriot Foundry & Castings is an industry-leading nonferrous company that specializes in top-quality sand castings of bronze, aluminum and zinc-based alloys. We have a set of rigid documented procedures and lean production methods that guarantee our customers truly world-class, consistent, repeatable and cost-effective products. We’re a job shop that’s capable of producing one or thousands of products for our clients.
We differ from other foundries in that a large percentage of our castings have multiple materials in them. We routinely pour metal alloys around heating elements, copper tubing, cast iron parts and steel inserts/parts. Aside from delivering top-quality castings, we also provide other value-added foundry casting services, including pattern design/production, heat treating, annealing, machining, powder coating, painting, anodizing and assembling for completely finished parts.
Our nonferrous foundry opened its doors in 1984. The foundrymen learned their craft at the famed Concord Stage Coach Company. Their experience in this proud New England tradition guarantees expert workmanship and quality in the castings they produce. We work with companies large and small in a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, biotech, electronics, firefighting, food services, imaging, instrumentation, lighting, marine/dock hardware, material handling, medical, packaging, power/hand tools, statuary services and water services.
Debbi and Chris Leuteritz purchased the foundry in 2008. The husband and wife both come from engineering and consulting backgrounds and have dedicated themselves to providing top-notch customer service while solving problems. Debbi, the majority owner, has a mechanical engineering degree from the University of New Hampshire while Chris is a professional engineer registered in several states.
The first thing Debbi and Chris did when they took over the foundry was develop plans to turn the facility into a state-of-the-art operation. They have invested heavily into the company’s infrastructure; almost every major piece of equipment has either been replaced or repaired since they assumed ownership. Most importantly, Debbi and Chris have improved product quality and consistency dramatically.
We’re located in the Lakes Region of central New Hampshire, which is about 30 minutes north of the state capital, Concord. Our Franklin, NH foundry is easily reachable from Manchester, NH; Laconia, NH; Nashua, NH; Portsmouth, NH; Greater Boston, Massachusetts, Vermont and all of the Granite State.
Our DUNS number is 826918117 and our CAGE Code is 54J41. Our ISO9000:2008 Stage 1 Audit was performed October 28, 2011 and ISO ISO9000:2008 certification is expected during the first quarter of 2012. We’re also a woman-owned small business that provides castings to the Department of Defense (DOD).
