Alloy Casting Foundry – Patriot Foundry & Castings
Looking for an alloy casting foundry? Consider your search over. Patriot Foundry & Castings is a leading, New England-based nonferrous alloy casting foundry specializing in producing world-class metal alloy castings for a wide assortment of industries, including aerospace, automotive, biotech, defense, electronics, firefighting and medical.
Unlike most foundries, a large portion of our metal alloy castings contain multiple materials. We frequently pour alloys around heating elements, copper tubing, cast iron parts and steel inserts, among other things. We're always pushing the boundaries of what's possible with alloy castings.
Our foundrymen follow a strict set of documented procedures and efficient production methods. This enables us to guarantee our customers repeatable, consistent and affordable products. We also offer a variety of value-added services, including pattern design/production, heat treating, annealing, machining, powder coating, painting, anodizing and assembling for completely finished parts.
We melt ingots of 242, SR319, 356, A356, 357, A357, 514, 535, 713, C862, C863, C865, C955, C958, C89833, C903, C905, ZA12 and ZA27. Our ISO:2008 certification number is 11-2168. Our DUNS number is 826918117, and our CAGE Code is 54J41.
Our alloy casting foundry services include:
Assembly analysis/casting integration: We'll work closely with you to pinpoint opportunities to shave costs. For example, we recently saved one customer 60% in production expenses by determining that two castings and one piece could be cast as a single unit. Thanks to us, the company was able to recoup its tooling costs in less than two years.
Reverse engineering: Using state-of-the-art 3D scanning technology, we can accurately replicate a part that's been manufactured elsewhere. We can analyze chemical and metallographic properties to identify materials and post-production methods used. After we complete this step, we'll consult with you to develop a course of action to move to production.
Prototype casting: We production fully functional and non-working alloy prototypes that are perfect for presenting to potential investors and test markets. Not only will your prototype give you a preview of how a product will look, feel and handle, it'll also help you evaluate the efficiency of your manufacturing process.
