C958 Alloy Casting

alloy-casting-foundryC958 is a strong nickel aluminum bronze alloy that’s known for its ductility and its resistance to corrosion. The C958 alloy is nominally comprised of 81% copper, 9% aluminum, 5% nickel, 4% iron, and 1% manganese. C958 alloys are used for a variety of parts, including marine castings, naval castings, boat components, and other parts that come into contact with saltwater. This alloy is typically annealed to increase its corrosion resistance.

At Patriot Foundry & Castings we offer high-quality sand casting services, utilizing a wide assortment of materials, including the C958 alloy. Our state-of-the-art nonferrous foundry can handle jobs from one to thousands of pieces, and C958 castings from less than an ounce to 232 pounds.
