alloy-casting-foundryC905 is a tin bronze alloy that’s known for its excellent corrosion resistance along with good wear resistance and strength. The C905 alloy is comprised of 86-89% copper, 1-3% zinc, and 9-11% tin. C905 is commonly used to make many parts, including bearings, bushings, pump components, valve components, gears, and steam fittings.

At Patriot Foundry & Castings, we produce high-quality sand castings using a wide assortment of materials, including the C8933 alloy. Our state-of-the-art nonferrous foundry can handle jobs from one to thousands of pieces, and C905 castings from less than an ounce to 232 pounds. Aside from metal casting services, we also offer many value-added services, including pattern design/production, heat treating, annealing, machining, powder coating, painting, anodizing and assembling for completely finished parts.
